Yahoo!NetRoadshow provides investment banks the ability to produce roadshows on the Internet. We produce equity (both IPO and secondary), convertible and debt roadshows as well as private equity presentations. With Yahoo!NetRoadshow you can reach your clients in unique and innovative ways.

• Yahoo!NetRoadshow supports both the RealNetworks RealPlayer and Microsoft Windows Media Player and will run in almost any browser.
• An audio only mode can be used for those without enough Internet bandwidth to support video.
• For those without sound cards, speakers or who have a severely restrictive firewall, the telephone option provides audio over the telephone used in conjunction with the presentation slides on the Web.
• The preliminary prospectus or offering memorandum is offered online and may be printed.
• A limitless number of investors can view the roadshow.
• Presentations can be viewed whenever it is most convenient.
• The viewer may skip directly to any part of the roadshow presentation.
• We will record the roadshow anywhere, even with only 24 hours notice.
• Web pages can be customized so that the roadshow presentation appears to be seamlessly integrated into the investment bank's Web site.

We began working with the SEC in early 1996 to gain permission to provide this service under very strict guidelines. In July of 1997, Yahoo!NetRoadshow was the FIRST to receive permission from the SEC, in the form of a SEC No-Action letter, to provide roadshows over the Internet. Today, Yahoo!NetRoadshow holds four SEC No-Action letters.

We work with clients to develop a customized site to fit their unique requirements. Our service includes embedding the custom look into their site. We are strictly a service company. We are not out to promote our name or company, rather our approach is to work together to promote the investment bank.


How to gain access to a roadshow

To View a Roadshow:

1. Review the System Requirements to ensure that your system can download the Roadshow(s).
2. Call your Institutional Salesperson from the lead investment bank managing the transaction. Your Institutional Salesperson will provide the password necessary to view a specific Roadshow.
3. Close all applications prior to viewing the Roadshow presentation.
4. Go to Login. You will be prompted to:
   1. Enter your Name and Company Name (including E-mail is optional)
   2. Enter the Password to view a specific Roadshow
   3. Carefully review and agree to the SEC Requirements

Important Information for Corporate Users

If you work in a corporate environment and are networked through your corporation's Intranet, it is important that you read the following information. Yahoo!NetRoadshow recommends that you contact your IT department or network administrator for assistance to ensure that your system is set up properly to receive streaming media.

Most corporations implement what is known as a firewall to protect the company's network from unauthorized access. Unfortunately, these firewalls can also prohibit video and audio data from being received by a streaming player. However, it is possible to configure the player to properly receive the data. (Please see Configuring a Player.) Once again, you should involve your IT department or your network administrator to ensure proper setup. They may also have a preference as to which player you should install. If necessary, a representative from your IT department or your network administrator can contact Yahoo!NetRoadshow for technical assistance in configuring the firewall.
