Q. What do I need to do to set-up/post a presentation on NetRoadshow?

A. Contact NetRoadshow through Email by clicking here. Alternatively, you may directly contact the appropriate regional office, found on the “Production” tab under “Contact Us” which can be found to your left in the navigation box.

Once the presentation type (Video with Slides, Audio with Slides or Slides-only) is determined, the following logistics, materials and recording details (if applicable) are required before proceeding with the production.

Logistics

  • Name of Deal or a Project Name
  • Start Date: When would you like the NetRoadshow to go live?
  • End Date: When would you like the NetRoadshow taken down?
  • Listing: Is the deal US SEC Registered? Is the deal listed on the Euronext | London Stock Exchange | Hong Kong Stock Exchange, etc.?
  • Type of Transaction: IPO | Secondary | 144A/Reg S | 144A | Reg S Only | Convertible | Non-deal | etc.
  • Logistics: Industry (please select one): Basic Materials, Consumer Goods, Consumer Services, Energy, Financials, Healthcare, Industrials, Technology, Utilities
  • Password/Entry Code Requirement: Are daily changing entry codes preferred or one for the life of the presentation? Is random or real-word format preferred?
    [NOTE:
    If using real words, we strongly suggest including a digit or two at the end for more security.]
  • Other Banks: Are there any other banks serving as joint bookrunners involved in this presentation? If so…

Will all banks have individual versions and entry codes or a shared version and shared entry codes? If you require individual versions for each bookrunner, please kindly send us the email address(es) of the contact person(s) at the other banks that require entry codes.

  • Contacts: Please provide the name and email address of all individuals authorized to receive notification and access to the NetRoadshow. Please also advise if any counterparts in offices outside of the country are authorized to request and receive access.
  • Billing Contact(s): Please provide details for the billing contact(s) (i.e. contact name, full company name, email address, telephone number, fax, etc).
  • Additional Requirements: List any additional requirements you may have for this presentation.
  • Is this deal public or private?

Materials

  • PowerPoint Presentation: Email or send your slide presentation via our upload tool (for large files), in either PowerPoint format (preferred) or PDF. Please provide speaker(s)’ notes if available.
  • Documentation: Confirm if there will be any documentation (i.e. prospectus, offering memorandum, POS, etc.) that you would like to include along with this presentation. If so, please advise approximately when it would be available to send/upload to NetRoadshow.
  • Disclaimer: Please verify if you would like to use our standard disclaimer or if there will be custom disclaimer language provided for this presentation. If so, please advise approximately when it will be available to send/upload to NetRoadshow.
    * All presentation materials should be emailed to  once they become available.

Recording Details (if applicable)

IF VIDEO (or AUDIO-only ONSITE)

  • Date and Time of Recording
  • Venue/Vendor: Provide location of the recording at your earliest convenience
  • Full Name & Title of Each Speaker/Presenter
  • Language of Presentation: Confirm if the presentation will be presented in a non-English language. If so, please confirm if there will be simultaneous translation (translation at the same time as the other language is spoken to) or will there be a linear translation (immediate translation sentence by sentence)
  • Banker Intro/Wrap-up: Would you like us to include the banker intro/wrap-up if there is one? If so, please kindly provide full name, title and company of the banker(s).
  • Q & A Session: Would you like us to include the Q & A session if there is one?
  • Corporate Video: Will there be a corporate video for this presentation? If so, would you like us to include it in the NetRoadshow? If yes, please kindly pass our camera crew a DVD copy at the recording or send/upload us an mpeg file of the corporate video.
  • Notes to PR Company/Roadshow Coordinator: 
    Notify the PR company/roadshow coordinator that NetRoadshow will be placing a back up wireless lapel microphone to the podium (unnoticeable).
    Inform the PR company/roadshow coordinator to ensure the logos of the banks are not too close to the podium where the speakers present their presentation. If there is simultaneous translation for this presentation, please also have the PR company/roadshow coordinator ask for a line out from the translation booth/equipment for NetRoadshow recording.

IF AUDIO-only (over the phone)

  • Date and Time of Recording
  • Dial-in / Conference Call Number: Provide dial-in/conference call number. If this is to be a one-on-one with speaker/s, NetRoadshow can accommodate a conference bridge to capture the recording.
  • Full Name & Title of Each Speaker/Presenter
  • Banker Intro/Wrap-up: Would you like us to include the banker intro/wrap-up if there is one? If so, please provide full name, title and company of the banker(s).
  • Q & A Session: Would you like us to include the Q & A session if there is one?

 

Q. When do I need to contact NetRoadshow when I want to post a presentation?

A. We will always endeavor to accommodate your needs whenever you are able to contact us. However, we would appreciate if you are able to adhere to the following guidelines whenever possible:

  • To arrange a video (or audio onsite) recording in New York, London or Hong Kong,please contact NetRoadshow at least 24 hours in advance of the desired recording.
  • To arrange a video (or audio onsite) recording outside of New York, London or Hong Kong, please contact NetRoadshow at least 2 – 3 days in advance of the desired recording.
  • To arrange an audio recording over the telephone, please contact NetRoadshow at least two hours in advance of the recording time.
  • To arrange for posting slides only (no media component) to NetRoadshow, please contact us a minimum of one hour in advance, although two hours is preferred.
