1. Who is collecting information? NetRoadshow collects information on behalf of our clients. The clients for whom we collect this information are disclosed to you from links on the data collection pages. We may also collect information for our own purposes on other areas of the NetRoadshow web site.

What personally identifiable information does NetRoadshow collect? NetRoadshow’s registration and sign-in pages ask for your name, company name, email address, and password on behalf of our clients and may ask for additional information specific to a particular client. In addition other information, such as how often you have accessed the programming, and the duration of your visits, may be reported and used to review usage patterns. IP addresses may be used to determine which users have access privileges to certain presentations and may be used and reported in the aggregate.When you contact NetRoadshow’s sales offices or various departments such as our production, sales, marketing or technical support departments, we may keep a record of that correspondence. NetRoadshow may also occasionally ask users to complete surveys for research purposes. In the majority of cases, NetRoadshow collects information on behalf of our clients, the presentation sponsors, and uses this information to verify users before they can gain access to the password protected online presentations. Presentation sponsors are solely responsible for use of this information and you should contact them directly for more information about how they use your information.

What is NetRoadshow’s policy on allowing me to update, correct, or delete my personally identifiable information? If you would like to correct, update, or delete your personal information provided in connection with an online presentation, please contact the presentation sponsor directly using the “More about Privacy” link on the data collection page.

What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of my information? Whenever NetRoadshow handles personal information we takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
