The following list of browsers are officially supported by the NetRoadshow suite of applications.

Desktop Browser Support

While NetRoadshow products may function properly on other browsers, the officially supported list of browsers is listed below:

• Google Chrome
• Three most recent versions
• Firefox
• Three most recent versions
• Edge
• Most recent version
• Safari
• Most recent version (Only on Macs)
• Live-meeting products powered by Zoom do not support video on Safari

Mobile Browser/OS Support (NetRoadshow/ResearchFN/RetailRoadshow Only)

iOS

• iOS 14.x.x and up

Safari is the only browser supported on iOS devices. Other browsers are available on the platform, but they are not guaranteed to function correctly.

Android

• Android 10.x.x and up

Google Chrome, available through the Google Play Store, is the only browser officially supported on Android devices. Other browsers are available on the platform, but they are not guaranteed to function correctly. This includes device-specific browsers that may be equipped out-of-the-box by certain manufacturers.

Windows Phone
Not officially supported.

Blackberry OS
Not officially supported.

Future Compatibility
As new versions of the aforementioned operating systems are released, this list will be updated to reflect compatibility. The two most recent major releases of an operating system will receive support. Users are encouraged to keep their devices updated in order to ensure proper compatibility with the latest frameworks and security patches.
