I get an error stating that I have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts.

This error is displayed after a user has failed to provide valid login information three times in one browser session. If you have received this error because you were using an incorrect or expired password but now have a valid password, you may clear this error by closing all browser windows then opening a new browser window using the icon on your desk-top (We recommend that you do not click on a link within an email message). You will now be allowed three more attempts at accessing a presentation.
