I get an error stating that my password is expired or not yet active.

NetRoadshow presentations are accessed with passwords that may change daily, hourly, etc. If you receive this error, the password you are attempting to use has either expired or is not yet active at the time you are attempting to access the presentation. NetRoadshow is unable to provide password information for any presentation. Please contact the person who issued you this password in order to obtain one that is currently active or to get details about the active dates or times of the password you were given.
